Work Schedule:Morning Shift

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-endimplementations of the SuccessFactors Compensationmodule within SAP SuccessFactors suite.
• Conduct requirementgathering workshops, blueprinting sessions, and solution designreviews with HR and business stakeholders.
• Configureand optimize compensation planning, bonus programs, salarystructures, and budgeting workflows.
• IntegrateCompensation with Employee Central, Performance &Goals, and Variable Pay modules.
• Prepare functionalspecifications, test scripts, and support SIT/UAT phases.
• Collaboratewith technical teams for RICEFW development, datamigration, and interface design.
• Ensurealignment with RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, and SAPBTP deployment models.
• Provide post-go-livesupport, training, and change management assistance.
• Stayupdated on SAP roadmap, best practices, and industrytrends in digital HR and total rewards

Requirements:

• 7 to10years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2full-cycle implementations of the Compensation module.
• Strongunderstanding of:
