Job summary

O-I Mexico is seeking an experienced SAP SD Specialist to define functional requirements with business customers, users, architects, and designers. You will provide full life-cycle support and create documentation and design specifications to ensure reliable SAP solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP, strong SD module expertise, and English language proficiency. Hybrid work applies with on-site presence three days a week to collaborate with the order-to-cash team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Advanced English language skills.
Minimum of 5 years of IT experience supporting business-enabled processes in SAP.
Experience with end-to-end SAP implementation life cycle.
In-depth expertise with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
Strong knowledge of sales order processing, delivery, invoicing, pricing, and customer master data.
Hands-on experience with eDocument Cockpit and tax reporting solutions in SAP.
EDI experience is a plus.
OpenText Vendor Invoice Management familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery managers to understand detailed requirements.
Serve as the primary IT contact and lead role for customer-facing projects.
Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and results for product, performance and UAT.
Participate in quality reviews of designs and prototypes to ensure they meet requirements.
Troubleshoot, debug, and test existing solutions to ensure business continuity.
Collaborate with other IT teams for integration and cross-functional requirements.
Design solutions using new and existing technology for the commercial and order-to-cash domains.
