Job summary

Xideral is seeking an experienced SAP FSCM/SD consultant to independently analyze business requirements through implementation. The role emphasizes standard-first SAP solutions, functional design, and collaboration with business and technical teams to document scenarios and processes.

You will work 100% remotely in Mexico, apply SAP best practices, configure systems, run tests, and support SAP Solution Manager and SAP notes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional SAP consulting experience.
• Senior-level experience with SAP SD and SAP FSCM.
• Strong ability to independently analyze, manage, and resolve business requirements.
• Experience with SAP configuration, testing, documentation, and solution design.
• Experience with SAP best practices and standard functionality.
• Experience with SAP Notes / SAP Marketplace.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business processes and requirements.
• Independently manage one or multiple requirements throughout the complete resolution process.
• Propose solutions aligned with SAP best practices and the 'Standard First' approach.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to maintain documentation of scenarios, processes, and procedures.
• Analyze new SAP functionality and Business Functions.
• Estimate effort and timelines and develop appropriate work plans.
• Configure SAP solutions, execute testing, and document results.
• Analyze gaps between SAP standard functionality and business requirements and prepare business cases for custom solutions.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications for approved GAPs and follow up on development activities.
• Analyze SAP issues using SAP Marketplace/SAP Notes and coordinate error resolution with SAP when required.
• Work closely with business users to obtain acceptance and approvals.
• Design test plans, write test cases, execute unit and integration testing, and document evidence.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience using SAP technologies such as SAP BTP.
• Work according to Agile methodologies and maintenance practices.
• Provide support and expertise in SAP Solution Manager.

We are looking for a senior consultant with strong experience in SAP SD and FSCM who can independently manage business requirements from analysis through implementation and resolution.

The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business needs, proposing SAP standard solutions and best practices, configuring solutions, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery.
