Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with Sales and Distribution (SD) focus.
• Hands-on with SAP ECC and S/4HANA in both Support & Enhancements.
• Strong expertise in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, and Billing.
• Solid integration knowledge with SAP FICO, MM, and other modules.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent project management and cross-team coordination skills.
• Experience with SAP SD including WMS, Ecommerce, and Retail processes.
• Ability to lead workshops and write functional specifications.
• Ability to provide workload estimates for new requests and projects.
• Capable of leading workstreams independently in a client-facing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with ITIL processes.
• Willing to work hybrid in McKinley, Taguig, mid shift, 1x onsite per week.

Responsibilities

• Act as functional lead for SAP SD, ensuring system stability and day-to-day support.
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancement requests with client and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in Sales, Pricing, Billing, Credit, and Logistics Execution.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives in O2C processes.
• Collaborate with FI/CO, MM, PS, and Technical teams for end-to-end solutions.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities for O2C.
• Prepare functional documentation, impact assessments, and test scripts for changes.
• Lead and mentor support team members to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication.
