Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking a seasoned HRIS solution architect to lead multi-module HRIS engagements, guiding HRTech transformations and cross-system integration designs. You will own competency development for the practice and mentor senior consultants, while shaping delivery frameworks and IPs.

In this role, you’ll partner with CHROs and C-suite stakeholders, oversee pre-sales, design governance, and ensure successful program delivery across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in HRTech consulting.
• Multi-module HRIS experience with pre-sales and solution ownership.
• Outstanding executive communication and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple HRIS modules and define integration architecture.
• Act as trusted advisor to CHROs, HR Directors, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead pre-sales activities including demos, effort estimation, and proposals.
• Oversee quality, scope, and risk across complex delivery programs.
• Develop delivery frameworks, IPs, tools, and learning pathways for the practice.
