Job summary

Mitel is seeking an experienced SAP SD Business Analyst to lead support and project work within our global organization. You will analyze processes, design improvements, document specifications and manage user acceptance testing.

Role focuses on SAP SD with integrations to MM, FI and WM, including EDI solutions and O2C flows. You will provide tier-2 support, mentor colleagues, and coordinate with ABAP developers to ensure effective delivery of enhancements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on SAP SD configuration and implementation experience.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Experience with Foreign Trade/Customs configuration and license types by country.
• Experience with EDI solutions in SAP SD.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 SAP SD support and mentoring in SD areas.
• Analyze business processes, design improvements and document specifications.
• Manage end-to-end design, testing and implementation of SAP enhancements.
• Coordinate system upgrades and ensure alignment with Change Management processes.
