Job summary

Mitel is seeking an SAP SD Business Analyst in Cebu to join our global team. You will analyze business processes, design improvements, and manage testing and documentation.

The role covers end-to-end SD workflows, O2C, and logistics, with collaboration across SAP modules and global teams, and mentoring of junior analysts. Fluent English is required; SAP SD certification and 8+ years of hands-on experience with configuration (IMG), Foreign Trade, and contracts are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience with IMG configuration.
• Fluent English is required; French is a plus.
• Experience in Foreign Trade configuration and contracts.
• Knowledge of SD processes, documentation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 2 support and mentoring in SAP SD areas.
• Analyze, design, evaluate, modify, test and implement SAP SD solutions.
• Lead small enhancements and contribute to larger SAP implementations.
• Ensure compliance with Change Management processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI, CO, MM, ABAP).
• Develop specifications and manage documentation.
