Job summary

CGI (PHILIPPINES) INC. seeks a senior SAP consultant with deep SD and MM expertise to lead requirement gathering and translate business needs into robust SAP configurations. You will drive end-to-end configuration for SD and MM processes, manage master data, and oversee testing and RICEF delivery.

The role requires experience with Brownfield/Greenfield migrations, strong ABAP troubleshooting, and collaboration with FI/EWM teams. Onsite presence in McKinley, Taguig, mid-shift schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC and or S/4HANA specifically within the SD and MM domains.
• Proven participation in at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations or large-scale global rollouts, covering all phases from blueprinting to go-live.
• Direct experience with S/4HANA migrations (Brownfield or Greenfield) and a clear understanding of the simplified data model in S/4HANA.
• Experience working within industry-specific best practices, such as Luxury Retail, Manufacturing, or Public Sector.
• Experience leading projects that involve heavy integration with other modules like SAP FI or SAP EWM.
• Experience managing end-to-end processes that flow across multiple modules (e.g., Sales to Shipping to Finance).
• Must be amenable to working onsite 1x a week in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule.

• Perform end-to-end configuration for SAP SD (Pricing, Billing, Shipping) and SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management, STO).
• Maintain and optimize master data structures for customers, vendors, and materials.
• Troubleshoot and debug ABAP code to identify root causes of system errors or logic failures.
• Author detailed Functional Specifications (FS) that provide clear logic and data mapping for ABAP developers.
• Review technical designs to ensure they meet functional requirements.
• Manage the delivery of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF).
• Coordinate with developers on the use of BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits to ensure system integrity.
• Oversee Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide high-level support for complex production issues that require a mix of functional and technical investigation

Job description

The SAP SD/MM Techno-functional specialist possesses a core understanding of ABAP basics, allowing them to independently troubleshoot system issues through debugging and effectively translate complex business needs into precise technical specifications. They ensure that business processes—specifically Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP)—are supported by a system that is technically sound, scalable, and aligned with SAP best practices.

Your main responsibilities as Senior Consultant are, but not limited to, the following:
