ONETool Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Tester to drive SAP integration projects in a hybrid setting. You will gather requirements for SD/MM/EWM, validate feasibility, and work with SAP teams to deliver functional specs.

You’ll design tests, support UAT, and ensure traceability from requirements to released changes. The role requires strong SQL, data mapping, and experience with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or business admin is required.
2+ years as a Business Analyst with SAP and integration focus.
Solid SDLC understanding from ideation to deployment.
Ability to elicit requirements and translate to functional specs.
Excellent communication with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP enhancements.
Validate requests against SAP modules and existing integrations.
Translate business needs into functional specs for SAP teams.
Design and execute test cases for system changes.
Coordinate UAT and track defects to resolution.
Prepare impact assessments and test results for audits.
