Henkel in Makati is seeking a Senior Customer Service Support Specialist to manage SAP order processing, inquiries, and delivery coordination for European clients. You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver timely resolutions and excellent customer experiences.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer focus, and collaboration, with a temporary 5‑month term, mid-shift hours (3:00 PM to 12:00 NN) and a hybrid work setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Three (3) years’ experience in SAP Order Entry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP Order Entry experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Willing to work a temporary 5-month mid-shift and hybrid schedule in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web.
• Generate reports in SAP and Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch.
• Track orders from warehouses to customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Oversee returns processing with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes.
• Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.
