Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist (Order Entry) to support data preparation, validation, and go-live activities for SAP harmonization across regions. The role involves collaborating with Customer Service, Master Data, IT, and other teams in a fast-paced project environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, SAP order entry experience, and strong MS Excel skills. The position is project-based for a year with day shifts and hybrid work in Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Preferably 1 year experience in SAP order entry.
• MS Excel proficiency required.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support master data preparation and harmonization for SAP sales area standardization.
• Perform testing and UAT to ensure order entry and master data accuracy.
• Provide go-live and hypercare support during transition to new SAP structure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation and OCR adjustments.
• Support Project 51 SAP harmonization initiative across regions.
