Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a Senior Analyst, IT services for Forecast to Stock to translate business requirements into detailed specifications and support SAP-based solutions. You will collaborate with markets, plants, and external partners to deliver aligned, value-driven IT solutions across the FTS stream.

You will work with SAP ECC, APO, IBP, and S/4HANA in a global context, ensuring documentation is up to date and solutions meet business needs and global templates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Forecast to Stock with SAP ECC/IBP
• Experience in translating business requirements into functional specs
• Strong knowledge of IT capabilities and solution design for FTS processes
• Experience collaborating with global teams and external partners

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed function specifications
• Manage changes to specifications and coordinate with markets/plants
• Collaborate with external delivery partners to develop or support solutions
• Ensure solutions align with Global template and FTS roadmap
• Develop and review design specifications for solutions/applications
• Create and execute test plans to validate functionality against requirements
• Maintain system configuration documentation across SDLC
• Train super users on established programs
• Provide timely project status reports and work with cross-functional teams
• Assist in solution architecture and project cost assessment
