Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities

• Leadlarge-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs, overseeingsolution strategy, architecture, and delivery execution.
• Defineand drive finance transformation roadmaps aligned with PoweredEnterprise methodology and SAP best practices.
• Providethought leadership in SAP Finance innovations including UniversalJournal, Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Treasury Management.
• Engagewith CXO-level stakeholders to shape business cases, valuerealization strategies, and digital finance operating models.
• Overseecross-functional integration across MM, SD, PP, PS, and HR modules,ensuring cohesive end-to-end solutions.
• Guideadoption of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP models, including clouddeployment strategies and SAP BTP extensions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 13+years of SAP experience with at least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANAimplementations in Finance and Controlling.
• Provenexpertise in SAP FICO configuration and solution architecture,including Financial Accounting, Controlling, Product Costing, andProfitability Analysis.
• Deepunderstanding of SAP S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal,Central Finance, Group Reporting, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strongexperience in SAP Activate methodology, Fit-to-Standard approach,and Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
• Exposureto SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and cloud integration technologies.
• Demonstratedability to lead large teams and manage complex stakeholderenvironments.
• Experiencein strategic consulting, business case development, andtransformation planning.

Certifications
