Job summary

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery, consulting or enterprise CRM implementations.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or Consultant (preferred).
Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and enterprise-scale integrations.
Proven ability to lead stakeholder discussions, pre-sales engagements and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead customer and internal discussions with a strong point of view grounded in prior Salesforce delivery experience.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert supporting Professional Services teams and customers through solution design and transformation.
Drive customer success by applying deep knowledge of enterprise Salesforce implementations and adoption factors.
Partner with sales teams on pre-sales activities including scoping, solutioning, SOW development and staffing plans.
Lead the creation of implementation proposals, commercial propositions and execution plans aligned to client needs.
Provide oversight and strategic guidance across the full project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.
