Job summary

SailPoint is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce solutions. This role ensures CRM architecture aligns with enterprise standards and business goals, requiring strategic thinking and in-depth Salesforce expertise.

The ideal candidate will design scalable architectures, guide complex integrations, enforce best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience on the Salesforce platform with a proven track record in solution design and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configurations, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party integration tools.
• Familiarity with multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred.
• Salesforce certifications highly desirable (Application/ System Architect; CTA is a major plus).

Responsibilities

• Architect and Design: design scalable Salesforce architectures and solutions that meet business needs.
• Technical Leadership: lead complex Salesforce implementations and integrations, providing technical guidance to teams.
• Best Practices: develop and enforce Salesforce development standards to ensure solution quality.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions with business and technical stakeholders.
• System Optimization: monitor and optimize Salesforce performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Data Management: design and oversee data modeling, data migration, and data sharing within Salesforce.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
