Appficiency seeks a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to lead design, strategy, and governance of enterprise Salesforce deployments. You will mentor teams, oversee integrations, and act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping technical solutions and ensuring high-performance, scalable delivery.

You will partner with stakeholders, translate complex requirements into robust architectures, and support pre-sales with technical scoping and proposals, driving client success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform: Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security model, and governor limits.

Responsibilities

• Own technical discovery, solution design, and documentation for client engagements.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (APIs, middleware, ETL).
• Act as the senior technical point of contact for key client accounts and lead technical workshops.
