RecruitNest Consulting seeks an experienced Salesforce Senior Manager to lead our Salesforce practice. You will guide consulting projects, analyze client needs, implement Salesforce solutions, and train teams to optimize efficiency.

You will provide strategic and technical leadership, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across Salesforce services. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 10+ years of Salesforce consulting and implementation experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing).
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or related preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce consulting projects and drive client objectives.
• Analyze client needs and implement Salesforce solutions.
• Provide training and support for seamless Salesforce adoption.
• Guide teams through complex problem solving and delivery.
• Apply systems thinking to identify business improvements.
• Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback.
• Develop training materials for clients and teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Promote emerging technologies in client solutions.
