Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional Salesforce experience including design, implementation, and consulting.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Experience in enterprise integration and systems project management.
• Experience leading complex Salesforce implementations and integrations with enterprise apps.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, App Builder, etc.) are an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, analyze client needs, and develop tailored solutions that optimize operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives. You will provide technical guidance across Salesforce projects, with a strong focus on Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, enterprise integration, and emerging technologies. You will also work closely with clients and teams to validate outcomes, provide training and support, and drive continuous improvement across Salesforce solutions.

• Strong experience in enterprise integration and systems project management.
• Experience leading complex Salesforce implementations and integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications are an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
