Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 10+ years of Salesforce consulting and implementation experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing).
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or related preferred.

About the Job:

We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Manager to join our client's Salesforce practice within the Commercial & Service Excellence network. In this role, you will lead Salesforce consulting projects, analyze client needs, implement Salesforce solutions, and provide training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. You will provide strategic and technical leadership, guide teams through complex challenges, and work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions. You will also leverage your professional network, systems thinking, and expertise in Salesforce to drive innovation and continuous improvement across business application consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives.
• Analyze client needs and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Provide training and support to ensure seamless integration and effective utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Guide teams through complex problem-solving, strategic planning, and solution delivery.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying business problems, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Validate project outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to improve solution delivery.
• Lead teams through ambiguous and challenging situations while exercising sound judgment and composure.
• Develop training materials to enhance client and team understanding of Salesforce applications and solutions.
• Identify and implement innovative processes to improve business application consulting services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Apply technical expertise in Salesforce administration and integration to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, with substantial experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation.
• Expertise in one or more Salesforce Industry Clouds, such as Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, or Manufacturing Cloud.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation.
• Strong experience in Salesforce administration and integration.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is an advantage, along with additional relevant certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Cloud certifications.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong ability to develop training materials and support knowledge transfer for clients and teams.
