Job summary

weSource is seeking experienced Salesforce Manager/Senior Manager professionals in the Philippines, combining deep technical expertise with leadership and client-facing capabilities. The role focuses on leading Salesforce projects while remaining hands-on when needed, in a hybrid setup with 50% onsite and 50% remote.

Ideal candidates will have 7–15 years of Salesforce experience, demonstrated leadership of engagements, and proficiency with Sales Cloud and at least one Salesforce Industry Cloud.

Qualifications

This role is ideal for a Salesforce professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership and client-facing experience.
