Staff Domain Inc. is a leading technology services provider seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to configure and develop Salesforce solutions, with a focus on migrating data models and supporting platform architecture.

The role is pivotal for driving platform modernization and ensuring the data architecture supports long-term business needs. You will design and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, build Omnistudio components, and collaborate with stakeholders to

Qualifications

3+ years of Salesforce development and configuration experience.
Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience with Omnistudio tools: Omniscripts, Data Mappers, Integration Procedures and Flex Cards.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and platform architecture.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Configure and develop Salesforce solutions to support data model migrations and platform modernization.
Design, build, and maintain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes and workflows.
Develop Omnistudio components including Omniscripts, Data Mappers, Integration Procedures and Flex Cards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve data/configuration and integration issues across Salesforce modules.
Document designs, configurations, and maintenance procedures.
