You will build reports and dashboards, monitor customer trends, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to optimize CRM workflows. Strong SQL/SOQL, Python, and BI tool experience are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, Salesforce, or data analytics.
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of SQL, SOQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
