This role involves delivering actionable insights, maintaining data integrity, and improving CRM processes. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in CRM or data analytics, with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM, Salesforce, or data analytics.
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of SQL, SOQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
