Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Salesforce Lead Developer with leadership experience to architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The role emphasizes mentoring, technical decision-making, and driving architecture across Apex, LWC, and integrations.

The ideal candidate will mentor teams, design robust patterns, and own complex designs that support high data volumes and evolving business needs. Acts toward CTA pathway and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Proven leadership of developers and technical initiatives.
• Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Strong knowledge of governor limits, bulkification, and test-driven development.
• Ability to mentor and set development standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Take ownership of complex technical problems from discovery through implementation.
• Develop bulkified Apex code using patterns.
• Build performant Lightning Web Components delivering good UX.
• Design and maintain REST/SOAP integrations.
• Mentor other developers and participate in code reviews.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce designs.
• Evaluate when Flow vs Apex vs configuration is best.
• Ensure security, performance, and data quality.
