Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Technical Architect to design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions, including APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, and integration/ETL components.

You will ensure scalable, reliable systems that perform under high load and align with the customer's growth plans. You will collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into architecture, lead design sessions, govern delivery in an AI-first environment, and travel 50-75% to client

Qualifications

• 9-14 years CRM experience with 6+ years on Salesforce.
• Expert understanding of Salesforce product suite incl. Sales, Service, Community, Marketing and Agentforce architecture.
• Experience designing scalable performance-driven solutions and evaluating architecture with AI platforms.
• Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
• Strong environment management, release management, and code versioning/deployment knowledge.
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve them on hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
• Translate requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions leveraging autonomous AI capabilities.
• Drive Enterprise AI Architecture to integrate scalable AI solutions in Salesforce environments.
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee Salesforce project delivery with AI-first methodology and advanced tooling.
• Lead code reviews and enforce standards, using AI coding assistants to optimize quality.
• Manage custom development, integrations, and data migration in Salesforce implementations.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance and business value.
• Maintain target billable utilization for the role.
• Understand projects deeply and debug issues with AI diagnostics.
