Job summary

AFNI PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Senior Training Manager to lead the sales learning strategy, develop Training Managers and Trainers, and ensure governance and consistent execution across programs onsite in Commonwealth Quezon City.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, Client Services, Marketing, and business leaders to address sales performance gaps, design scalable capability frameworks, and link training interventions to measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Two to three years' experience as a Training Manager.
• 3+ years supporting sales, sales training, or sales enablement.
• Demonstrated understanding of the full sales cycle.
• Ability to coach discovery, probing, objection handling, value positioning, assumptive/appropriate closing, upsell and cross-sell.
• Ability to analyze conversion, close rate, attach rate, revenue, AOV/ARPU, and behavioral drivers.
• Proven ability to build sales simulations, role plays, call listening, certification, and coaching.
• Amenable to work 100% onsite in Commonwealth Quezon City.
• Amenable to work on fixed night schedules.

Responsibilities

• Sales Training Strategy: Develop and execute sales training strategies aligned with revenue, conversion, customer experience, and client goals.
• Sales Capability Development: Build capability in needs discovery, probing, value positioning, objection handling, negotiation, closing, upselling, cross-selling, and retention.
• Training Design & Delivery: Lead development and delivery of new-hire, upskilling, refresher, and continuous sales development programs.
• Sales Practice & Certification: Establish structured call listening, role plays, simulations, sales scenarios, and certification assessments to validate application.
• Trainer Development: Coach and certify Trainers to teach, demonstrate, observe, and coach sales behaviors.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze KPIs to identify performance gaps and training needs.
• Coaching Excellence: Build coaching frameworks that help Trainers diagnose opportunities and coach to behaviors.
• Training Effectiveness: Measure whether training improves sales performance and production results.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure techniques comply with client requirements and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with Operations, Quality, Client Services, Marketing, and leaders to address gaps and priorities.
• Continuous Improvement: Use data to continuously improve curriculum and activities.
• Sales Culture: Help build a sales mindset focused on customer needs and value creation.
• Leadership: Lead the overall sales learning strategy and governance for programs/sites.
