Job summary

APG PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Senior Sales Support to join our dynamic sales team in Makati City, Metro Manila.

You will provide strategic assistance to the sales department, ensuring seamless account management and strong client relationships across our portfolio. In this full-time role based in Makati, you will support sales activities, coordinate documentation, and collaborate with the team to drive sales objectives and market position.

Qualifications

• At least 8-10 years of experience in account management, client retention or customer success in airline, hospitality or travel industry.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting or pipeline management preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for multiple accounts.
• Solid understanding of sales processes and account management principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team and client engagement.
• Process sales documents, quotations, proposals and contracts per requirements.
• Support development and implementation of account management strategies to strengthen relationships and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports to track sales progress and client satisfaction.
• Prepare presentations, marketing materials and sales collateral to support business development.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff.
