Job summary

Australia Experiences is a growing influencer marketing agency seeking a senior sales lead to own the full sales cycle for the Australian market. You will identify, pitch, and close new clients across events, hospitality, tourism, cosmetics, entertainment, and retail.

This is a remote contractor role based in Vietnam/Philippines, with substantial autonomy and direct access to the founder. You will build an outbound pipeline, manage inbound leads, and drive recurring collaborations while

Qualifications

• Near-native spoken English.
• Proven cold calling experience into Australia or comparable market.
• 5+ years selling marketing services, agency services, media, or a comparable B2B service, with a track record of closing.
• Comfortable running a full sales cycle independently, from cold call to signature.
• Fluent with a modern sales stack (Apollo, Gmail, LinkedIn, Google Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Find, pitch, and close new clients across Australia in events, hospitality, tourism, cosmetics, entertainment, and retail.
• Build and run your own outbound pipeline across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Handle warm inbound leads from marketing.
• Run discovery calls and pitch our service.
• Negotiate and close deals with a bias toward recurring collaborations.
• Own the CRM: pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and reporting to the founder.
• Hand signed clients to delivery team for execution.

Compensation: Monthly fee plus commission on new clients

• Cold call marketing decision-makers and book qualified meetings
• Build and run your own outbound pipeline across phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Work warm inbound leads from our marketing
