Qualifications

• 15+ years relevant work experience across organizational levels and countries.
• Experience managing teams with broad responsibilities and driving process improvements.
• Designing and implementing sales and operations processes and tools, with analytics focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM, pipeline analytics, service operations analytics, and incentive programs.
• Coordinate analytics initiatives to empower senior leaders and optimize sales processes.
• Lead resource planning and act as contingency for managers during peak demand.
• Drive AI integration and automation in sales operations workflows.
• Bridge sales and operations performance with KPI reporting and action planning.
• Lead and develop managers across CRM, analytics, and planning teams.
• Provide operational backstop and ensure collaboration across pillars.
