Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a seasoned Analytics Manager in Metro Manila to integrate CRM, pipeline analytics, service operations analytics, and supply chain analytics with incentive programs. You will unify operating rhythms, lead KPI reporting, and coordinate with senior leaders to drive growth and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities include program management, resource planning, AI tool adoption, and mentoring managers across CRM, analytics, and planning.

Qualifications

15+ years relevant work experience across all levels of the organization, functions and countries.
Experience managing teams with broad responsibilities and driving cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to design and implement sales and operations processes, tools, and applications.
Strong analytics, action planning, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Ensure team coherence through process management, resource planning, and unified operating rhythm.
Set targets, measure performance, and generate actionable reports.
Manage programs from design to enhancements and governance.
Lead comprehensive business analytics and KPI reporting bridging sales and operations.
Drive AI tools integration and automation within sales operations workflows.
Architect and operationalize the team model across the three layers and ensure clear accountability.
Lead, coach, and develop managers across CRM, sales analytics, supply chain planning, and incentive programs.
Act as backstop for functional managers during transitions or peak demand.
Support other sales operations and related functions.
