Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Business Analytics & Performance Reporting Specialist to deliver accurate insights across Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, and IT. You will lead reporting efforts, automate processes, and support regional leadership with data-driven recommendations.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage cross-functional projects, and deploy tools like Power BI and Excel to improve productivity and reporting quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics or related functions.
• Demonstrated track record in leading cross-functional projects and process improvements.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with AI/reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely operational performance reporting across the region.
• Consolidate, analyze, and distribute periodic and ad hoc business reports for decision-making.
• Develop insights by analyzing performance metrics, pipeline health, win rates, and order trends.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reporting efficiency.
• Drive automation using Power BI, Excel, and other tools to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Mentor team members and foster collaborative, high-performing work environment.
