At Atlassian Philippines, Inc., the Sales Operations Senior Analyst will be integral to optimizing customer engagements across Sales Ops teams, the sales field, and supporting organizations in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You’ll master centralized ticket resolution, ensure SLA compliance, and deliver actionable analytics. You’ll partner with SOM teams to automate day-to-day operations and drive data-driven insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of increasing responsibility in Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics within a B2B SaaS company or strategy consulting.
• Strong analytical acumen with the ability to aggregate and automate large datasets.
• Ability to present insights clearly to leadership and executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first responder on centralized tickets, aiming to resolve with SLAs and streamline processes.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and architect scalable solutions and automations across supporting groups.
• Deliver operational analytics and reporting to monitor SLA compliance, ticket volume trends, and process health.
• Translate data trends into actionable insights to drive continuous improvements and better team alignment.
• Support Shared Services initiatives including account ticket management and cross-functional GTM projects.
