You will partner with Sales Ops and field teams to ensure data integrity, SLAs, and scalable processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will translate complex data into executive-ready insights, support GTM initiatives, and drive improvements across SDR and SE teams, aligning with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to present data clearly and lead executives through analyses.
• 1–2 years of hands-on Sales Operations, BizOps or Analytics in a B2B/SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first responder on centralized tickets and resolve within SLAs.
• Identify bottlenecks and architect scalable automations to boost productivity.
• Provide operational analytics to monitor SLA compliance and ticket trends.
• Translate data trends into actionable insights for improvements.
• Support Shared Services initiatives and cross-functional GTM projects.
