Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Sales Operations Senior Analyst to lead centralized ticketing, optimize field productivity, and deliver data-driven insights. You will partner with Sales Ops teams, the Low Touch space, and SOMs to streamline operations and automate day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will analyze data, craft compelling presentations for executives, and help drive SLA adherence and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first responder on centralized tickets, aiming to resolve within SLAs and streamline processes.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and architect scalable solutions and automations across supporting groups.
• Deliver operational analytics and reporting to monitor SLA compliance, ticket trends, and process health.
• Translate data trends into actionable insights to drive continuous improvements and better field alignment.
• Support broader Shared Services initiatives including account ticket management and cross-functional GTM projects.
