Job summary

Navitas Semiconductor, a Nasdaq-listed leader in GaN and SiC power technologies, seeks a Senior Sales Operations Manager in the Philippines to own forecasting, pipeline management, and cross‑region coordination.

You will partner with Sales, SCM, CSR, and IT to ensure accurate data, drive bookings, support S&OP, and optimize inventory while delivering insights that propel growth in AI data centers and industrial electrification.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Supply Planning in hardware/hi-tech industries.
• Semiconductor supply chain knowledge and capacity planning understanding.
• Quote-to-Cash fluency from lead generation to fulfillment and billing.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasting cadence with regional teams.
• Audit CRM data integrity to provide a trustworthy view of the pipeline.
• Track bookings, backlog, and book-to-bill; report trends and risks to leadership.
• Coordinate global quoting, terms, and booking activity across regions.
• Partner with SCM for forecast-to-build alignment and capacity planning.
• Represent Sales Operations in S&OP processes and distributor inventory alignment.
