• Lead Sales and Account Development teams to drive revenue growth and client expansion.
• Develop and execute annual sales strategies, goals, and incentive plans.
• Ensure data-driven, customer-centric sales execution aligned with corporate values.

Responsibilities

• Lead ADA (ADS) team and conduct regular sales meetings, field immersions, and reviews.
• Track and analyze key sales metrics: revenue, retention, and collections.
• Streamline sales processes from lead generation to order closure and implement CRM/reporting templates.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to optimize order-to-cash cycle.
• Develop and maintain key accounts and partnerships with clients.
• Mentor and coach sales staff to improve capabilities and performance.
• Forecast and plan with procurement and supply chain to meet demand.
