Job summary

Lalamove Philippines is hiring a results-driven telesales professional to onboard corporate clients for our on-demand delivery platform in Angeles City, Pampanga. You will generate leads, conduct outbound calls, and close deals to meet monthly targets, using CRM tools to track activity and performance.

You'll collaborate with the sales and operations teams, maintain a healthy pipeline, and deliver proposals and quotations while delivering exceptional customer service to partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of telesales experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Freshsales.
• Willing to work onsite at Angeles City, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Acquire aggressively and onboard corporate users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved and prepare the proposals and quotation for clients.
• Sells the on-demand delivery solutions of the company through outbound lead generation efforts.
• Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership.
• Assist to prepare sales documents such as quotations, purchasing orders, sales invoices, packing list, delivery documents and payment settlement/refund.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints and provide solutions to the customers.
• Monitoring of internal practices and processes, administrative activities and weekly reports
• Strong sales skills to get our potential clients to use our service.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Curious and creative thinkers who are capable of thinking beyond the role and committed to self-improvement.
• Can-do attitude and grit to make things happen; identify and leverage new opportunities.
• Strong communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• At least two (2) years of experience in Telesales functions from any industry.

• Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales

• Willing to work onsite in Lalamove Hub - Angeles City, Pampanga
