Job summary

A leading delivery technology company in Manila is seeking an Account Manager to grow business from corporate clients. You will manage corporate accounts, ensure client expectations are met, and prepare performance reports. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Sales, 1+ years of successful sales experience, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. This position requires onsite work at Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX).

What you'll do:

• Grow Lalamove Business from assigned corporate clients
• Understand assigned clients’ business to learn how Lalamove products and services can best help them operationally
• Manage and address issues and concerns accordingly in a timely manner
• Seek regular feedback from assigned clients and think of ways on how to improve the way we serve them
• Prepares weekly, and monthly or as needed, reports to track performance and movement of assigned accounts

What you'll need:

• Education: Bachelor's degree related in Business Management or Sales is strongly preferred
