Job summary

Phoenix Contact Philippines is seeking a Regional Sales professional responsible for driving sales and marketing of the full product range in the Philippines. The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in water or factory automation and fluency in English.

You will manage existing customers, develop new ones, provide pre-sales technical support, prepare quotations, and deliver product demonstrations.

Qualifications

Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Willing to travel on short notice (trainings, trade shows, etc.).
Proficient with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Manage existing customers and develop new customers.
Meet/exceed sales growth objectives as established by Sales leadership.
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales inquiries/proposals.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support to customers.
Conduct regular customer meetings to identify opportunities and foster relationships for revenue growth.
Prepare sales visits and project status/activity reports weekly or as required.
Provide feedback on competition, product and market needs to the team.
Facilitate meetings and trainings with customers for management, product marketing, and industry management.
Collaborate with team to achieve department objectives and share knowledge.
