• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for businesses, aligned with production capacity and market demand.
• Expand customer base in livestock and retail, develop new market channels, partnerships, and B2B opportunities.
• Implement pricing strategies balancing volume growth and profitability; monitor market fluctuations and adjust accordingly.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the sales team; oversee customer service processes to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major accounts; represent the company in industry associations and events; manage long-term contracts and agreements.
• Work with Operations to align sales with supply capability; coordinate with Finance for collection, credit monitoring, and margin analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Planning
   • Develop and implement sales strategies for businesses, aligned with production capacity and market demand.
   • Set and monitor sales targets, customer mix, and profitability goals.
   • Forecast demand and coordinate closely with farm operations and supply planning.
2. Business Development
   • Expand customer base in both livestock (buyers, traders, breeders) and retail (wholesalers, retailers, institutional buyers).
   • Develop new market channels, partnerships, and B2B opportunities.
   • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging opportunities.
3. Pricing & Margin Management
   • Implement pricing strategies balancing volume growth and profitability.
   • Monitor market fluctuations and adjust accordingly.
   • Ensure disciplined discounting and credit control policies.
4. Sales Operations Management
   • Lead, coach, and evaluate the sales team (key accounts, retail support, trading).
   • Oversee customer service processes to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
   • Standardize sales reporting, KPIs, and customer performance dashboards.
5. Relationship Management
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with major accounts (traders, institutional buyers, key retailers).
   • Represent the company in industry associations, trade events, and customer negotiations.
   • Manage long-term contracts and agreements with major clients.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
   • Work closely with Operations (production, logistics) to align sales with supply capability.
   • Coordinate with Finance for collection, credit monitoring, and margin analysis.
   • Provide market intelligence to leadership for better decision-making.

Qualifications:
