Job summary

Elijah Royce Hotel & Residences Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to expand hotel bookings and drive revenue in Dasmariñas, Philippines.

You will identify opportunities, respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate rates and contracts with clients including corporate accounts and travel partners. • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase hotel bookings and revenue
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event organizers
• Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads in a timely manner
• Assist in negotiating rates, contracts, and service agreements with clients
• Coordinate with other departments (front office, reservations, F&B, Kitchen) to ensure smooth execution of bookings
• Conduct Sales Calls and client presentations
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual revenue targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports, client records, and documentation
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and sales calls as required
• Handle client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
