Job summary

PCCW Global is seeking a Senior Cloud Operations Platform Support Engineer to join the Technology team in Manila. The role focuses on cloud hosted infrastructure, supporting internal software development and enterprise applications across GCP.

You will balance BAU tasks with automation and platform improvement in a SAFe environment. You will guide development teams on cloud practices, security, IAM and incident resolution while driving automation and cost governance.

Qualifications

Significant experience in cloud operations and platform engineering.
Strong practical experience administering Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines in an Agile environment.
Familiarity with IT service management and incident handling.

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on configuration, security, networking, IAM and operational practices.
Lead investigation and resolution of complex application and infrastructure issues.
Contribute to designs, roadmaps and automation initiatives.
Provide day-to-day operational support to internal development teams.
Support CI/CD pipelines, environment management and deployments.
Monitor services and respond to alerts; improve platform reliability.
