Omnissa is seeking a seasoned SaaS Ops Engineer to join the SaaS Ops team. You will help deploy, manage, and support the Workspace ONE UEM SaaS platform, ensuring high availability and security across global environments.

Join a cross‑functional team with engineers in the US, UK, and India, and work on automation, monitoring, and incident response to deliver reliable services 24x7. Strong DevOps background and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Development, Operations, Site Reliability, or Cloud Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain production environments with high availability.
• Perform proactive troubleshooting and performance analysis of internal services and cloud environments.
• Drive higher availability and assist with on-call incident escalations (24x7).
• Ensure services meet stability, performance and availability requirements.
• Monitor usage, capacity and performance of servers and liaise with users/vendors.
• Build robust, self-healing features and automation to reduce operational effort.
