Job summary

OutSystems is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own and improve reliability across production systems in a hybrid Bangalore setup. You will work with development teams to design scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure and accelerate feature delivery while maintaining high availability.

Responsibilities include establishing SLOs/SLAs, implementing monitoring and incident response, and driving automation using Python/Go.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent with 6+ years in Site Reliability Engineering and scalable infrastructure.
• Experience managing Hadoop and Kubernetes infrastructure and related services, or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux, Networking and Containers; proficiency in Python or Go.
• Fluency in English and strong communication; familiarity with Prompt engineering in software development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and onboard services and teams to reliability tenets.
• Establish and maintain SLOs and SLAs.
• Design scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure with cloud-native best practices.
• Collaborate with software teams to ensure resilient and observable systems.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing for incidents.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis with fast recovery.
