Job summary

Teciem in Bangalore seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Operations to own the Kondor UP production platform, focusing on reliability, availability, and performance. You will drive SLOs, lead on-call, and push for automation across the stack.

Collaborate with InfraOps, AppOps, NetOps, and SecOps, build observability, and scale a multi-tenant SaaS in a regulated financial tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE or production operations roles for SaaS or always-on services.
• Strong incident management experience, on-call rotations, and post-mortems.
• Proficient in at least one scripting language (Python, Go, Bash) for automation.
• Solid experience with AWS and Kubernetes in production.
• Knowledge of IaC and GitOps tooling (Terraform, ArgoCD).

Responsibilities

• Define and own SLI/SLOs, dashboards, and error budgets for Kondor UP services.
• Lead on-call and incident response with blameless post-mortems.
• Build observability via Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger.
• Manage EKS, RDS, Kafka, and other cloud-native services in production.
• Automate toil reduction and platform reliability improvements.
• Enforce security guardrails and change records during incidents.
