Job summary

SINO RESOURCES INC in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead end-to-end accounting across multiple entities, with a strong focus on Philippine tax and statutory compliance. You will supervise a dedicated finance team and drive process improvements using modern ERP systems.

You will manage monthly closings, deliver accurate financial reporting, and present consolidated results to the Senior Finance Manager under tight deadlines, while supporting ad‑hoc finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• CPA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger, and reconciliations for multiple entities.
• Ensure full compliance with BIR regulations, LGU requirements, and statutory obligations.
• Utilize ERP/accounting systems to automate workflows and strengthen internal controls.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff and guide day-to-day operations.
• Maintain monthly closing schedules, prepare financial analyses and reports.
• Present consolidated figures to the Senior Finance Manager under tight deadlines.
