Job summary

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification is required.
• Experience leading a high‑performing accounting team.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience implementing or upgrading accounting systems.
• Ability to analyze complex variances and trends.
• Judgment in selecting methods and criteria for results.
• Frequent interaction with diverse stakeholders and team members.
• Strong MS Office and ERP experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Record-2-Report activities.
• Lead and develop the accounting team to deliver timely, accurate services.
• Prepare and review financial documents, reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team in planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Support preparation of accounting records and financial reports per Datacom standards.
• Perform month-end close activities and maintain ledgers.
• Assist with annual audit preparations.
• Ensure all accounting tasks are completed within the set timeframe.
• Investigate and resolve audit findings and discrepancies.
