Job summary

Linde Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior RTR professional in Cavite to manage month-end close, GL, reconciliations, and statutory reporting. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards, SAP-driven processes, and lead system enhancements. The role collaborates across finance to drive improvements and support audits.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in RTR, a BSA degree, and a CPA or equivalent certification, with strong internal control knowledge.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in RTR with month-end closing, intercompany, and fixed assets.
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (BSA) and CPA or equivalent certification.
SAP experience is required; Hyperion reporting experience is desirable.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
Manage month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and controls.
Lead issue resolution and ensure achievement of service level targets.
Serve as the key contact for audits, controls, and ad hoc business requests.
Execute accounting processes accurately and in compliance with standards.
Drive knowledge sharing, process improvements, and system enhancement initiatives.
Lead projects related to system implementations and process optimization.
