Job summary

Linde Philippines, Inc. seeks an experienced RTR professional to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial data while driving efficiency and adherence to GAAP.

The role leads month-end close activities, general ledger management, intercompany and fixed assets accounting, and supports statutory reporting with SAP and Hyperion experience. A CPA and accounting degree are required, with 5+ years in RTR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (BSA) required.
• CPA or related certification required.
• 5+ years’ work experience with at least 3 years in RTR (GL, month-end closing, intercompany, fixed assets).
• SAP experience required; Hyperion reporting experience desired.

Job description

• The role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of Linde’s financial data while driving efficiency and compliance with generally accepted accounting standards.
• Streamline month-end close activities, general ledger management, account reconciliations, and assist in statutory reporting and compliance, while ensuring alignment with Linde Accounting Policy in consultation to the RTR manager or any other senior manager.
• Participate actively on process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and support business objectives.

What will you do?

• Ensure adherence to LBSC operational controls, business controls (SOD), and SOX compliance.
• Lead the Issue Resolution process and communicate corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Ensure process performance towards the achievement of agreed Service Levels.
• Point of contact of County team for adhoc requests, requirements during SOX, Internal and External Audit
• Execute the process in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Lead a culture of best practice, knowledge, and competency sharing between delivery teams
• Active participation in Process Improvement Implementation, Analytics, Solution Design, Realization and Optimization initiatives.
• Support Business-Partner initiated System Implementations and improvements
• Lead assigned projects initiated by the Center related to System Implementations and improvements

What we're looking for?

• Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (BSA)
• CPA or any related certification is required
• 5+ years’ work experience with at least 3 years spent in RTR function (general accounting, month-end closing, intercompany accounting and fixed assets accounting).
• SAP experience is required, Hyperion reporting experience is desired
