Job summary

NA1 is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism. You will work with process owners to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable bots that improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in RPA development.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.
• Knowledge of the RPA development lifecycle from analysis to support.
• Experience in bot development, debugging, and production support.
• Experience integrating RPA with web, desktop apps, Excel and databases.
• SQL, APIs and basic scripting are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Collaborate with analysts, process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Develop reusable, scalable bots following RPA standards.
• Perform unit, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of workflows.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain bots in production environments.
• Investigate and resolve bot failures, exceptions, and performance issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and support guides.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with security, quality, and governance standards.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous optimization of automations.
